Online coaching is fully remote, fully personal. You get a program built for your body, your schedule, and your current level of work, not a template pulled from a library. Every session lands in TrueCoach with a video demonstration, coaching notes, and a target that moves with your data.

Who it's for

Athletes who already train a few times a week and want programming that actually responds to them. This works best if you have a consistent gym, your own equipment, or a box you trust. If you're starting from zero, the in-person or hybrid tiers give you a faster ramp on technique.

What it costs

Pricing is shared directly after the onboarding call, not because I'm hiding it. Because the right number depends on your commitment, your goals, and whether this is the right fit in the first place. I won't sell you into a plan that doesn't suit you.

  • Do I need CrossFit experience?

    No. I coach from first air squat upwards. If you are completely new to barbell movement, we start with a technique-focused block.

  • I have injuries or limitations. Can you work around them?

    Yes. Intake covers your history in detail. Programming is written to build around restrictions, not ignore them.

  • What if my gym has limited equipment?

    Send me your equipment list during intake. I program for what you have, not for what I wish you had.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Monthly billing. Cancel with 30 days notice. No lock-in contracts.
