- A personalized 4-week block in TrueCoach with daily sessions
- Video demos and coaching notes on every movement
- Biweekly check-ins with written feedback on your session videos
- Full access to me via TrueCoach messaging between check-ins
- Block review every 4 weeks against your actual data. Not a preset cycle.
Who it's for
Athletes who already train a few times a week and want programming that actually responds to them. This works best if you have a consistent gym, your own equipment, or a box you trust. If you're starting from zero, the in-person or hybrid tiers give you a faster ramp on technique.
What it costs
Pricing is shared directly after the onboarding call, not because I'm hiding it. Because the right number depends on your commitment, your goals, and whether this is the right fit in the first place. I won't sell you into a plan that doesn't suit you.
