What in-person coaching looks like
In-person coaching is 1-on-1, in Brussels. We focus on the parts of your training that don't come through a phone screen: technique, Olympic lifting, gymnastics skills, and the habits that quietly compound.
Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, scheduled around your week. You train; I watch, cue, adjust. Every session ends with one clear thing to work on between now and next time.
What's included
- Private 1-on-1 sessions in a Brussels studio
- Focus on technique, Olympic lifts, and gymnastics strength
- Structured progression across sessions, not one-off classes
- Written summary after each session so the work travels home with you
- Video capture on key lifts for review and progress tracking
Who it's for
- Athletes who want technique-first coaching and live in Brussels
- Beginners who want to learn the lifts before going to a class setting
- Competitors working on specific skills (muscle-up, snatch, handstand)
- Anyone recovering from a setback and rebuilding under supervision
What it costs
Shared directly after a short intro call. In-person time is limited and I keep the roster small on purpose. One reason the conversation comes before any numbers.
What you can expect
- A booking rhythm that fits your week, not mine
- No class-in-disguise. Every session is built for you.
- Clear next steps between sessions so we stop starting from scratch
