What in-person coaching looks like

In-person coaching is 1-on-1, in Brussels. We focus on the parts of your training that don't come through a phone screen: technique, Olympic lifting, gymnastics skills, and the habits that quietly compound.

Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, scheduled around your week. You train; I watch, cue, adjust. Every session ends with one clear thing to work on between now and next time.

Shared directly after a short intro call. In-person time is limited and I keep the roster small on purpose. One reason the conversation comes before any numbers.

  • Where do we train?

    In my private space in Brussels, fully equipped for strength, gymnastics, and conditioning work.

  • Do you coach in French?

    Yes. Sessions run in English or French, whichever you are most comfortable in.

  • Can I book just one session?

    Yes. Single sessions and recurring weekly slots both work. Tell me what fits your week.

  • Do you take on beginners?

    Absolutely. Foundational movement is where most gains live. We move quickly but never ahead of the technique.
