I’m Shaun.
I’m a CrossFit coach and competitive athlete based in Brussels. I’ve coached athletes at every level, from complete beginners who’ve never touched a pull-up bar, to competitive CrossFitters preparing for qualifiers.
My coaching philosophy is simple: build a strong foundation first. Not because it’s the easy route. Because it’s the only one that actually works long-term. When the foundation is solid, every technical skill that comes after becomes more achievable. Trust me.
Every athlete I work with gets a program built for them specifically. Not a generic template with their name on it.

Why RYFT
RYFT stands for "Rise Your Full Training." I built it because I was tired
of watching people follow programs that were not built for them. Random
Instagram WODs, cookie-cutter 12-week plans, group classes that could not
scale to their actual level.
Every program I write starts with you: where you are training, what
equipment you have, what your week actually looks like, what your body
has been through, and what you are working towards.
