What hybrid coaching looks like
Hybrid is the highest-density option. One 1-on-1 session per week in Brussels for technique and skill work, combined with a full online program for the rest of your training.
It's the plan for athletes who want to go further: you get the direct hands-on work on the movements that matter most, plus structured programming for the five other days of the week.
What's included
- One weekly in-person session in Brussels (technique, skills, lifts)
- Full online program for every other training day via TrueCoach
- Video feedback on your independent sessions between in-person days
- Biweekly written check-ins
- Block reviews every 4 weeks with adjustments to both halves
Who it's for
- Brussels-based athletes who want to train 4 to 6 days a week
- Competitors whose skill gaps won't close via text and video alone
- Anyone whose technique needs live eyes but whose volume needs a plan
What it costs
Shared after the intro call. Hybrid is priced as a package, not session by session. The point is continuity. If it were a package of drop-ins, the programming wouldn't compound.
What you can expect
- Your week has a shape: one anchor session, five programmed days
- A through-line from the in-person work to the online work, and back
- A coach who actually watches your online videos and adjusts
