What hybrid coaching looks like

Hybrid is the highest-density option. One 1-on-1 session per week in Brussels for technique and skill work, combined with a full online program for the rest of your training.

It's the plan for athletes who want to go further: you get the direct hands-on work on the movements that matter most, plus structured programming for the five other days of the week.

Shared after the intro call. Hybrid is priced as a package, not session by session. The point is continuity. If it were a package of drop-ins, the programming wouldn't compound.

  • Can I change the in-person vs online mix?

    Yes. We tune the split week to week based on what your schedule and your training allow.

  • Is this cheaper than full 1:1?

    Yes. Splitting in-person and solo sessions lets you keep the hands-on feedback where it matters while staying cost-efficient.

  • What if my in-person gym and my home gym are different?

    The program is written per location. The in-person session uses what I have in Brussels, your solo sessions use what you have wherever you train.
