    Fill out a two-minute application so I can understand your goals, history, and schedule.

    Connect

    We hop on a 20-minute call to align on direction, expectations, and the plan that fits.

    Step 3

    Program

    Your first 4-week block arrives in TrueCoach within 72 hours. Every session has video demos and coaching notes.

    Step 4

    Progress

    Biweekly check-ins, video feedback, and adjustments. Blocks are reviewed every four weeks against your actual data.

Questions, answered

  • How long until I see results?

    Most clients notice strength and movement improvements in the first four-week block. Visible body composition changes typically start showing in weeks 8 to 12 when programming and nutrition stay consistent.

  • Do I need a gym?

    For online programs, access to basic equipment (barbell, rack, dumbbells) is ideal but not required. I can program for whatever you have. 1:1 sessions are at my space in Brussels.

  • What if I travel?

    Your program adapts. Travel weeks get modified sessions (bodyweight or hotel-gym-friendly) without losing the thread of your block.

  • How much does it cost?

    Pricing depends on format. I share it after we have talked and I know what you actually need. That way you are not paying for a package that does not fit.

  • What coaching app do you use?

    TrueCoach. You get video demos, daily sessions, and a direct line to me for form checks and questions.
