Overview
These terms govern coaching services provided by RYFT Fitness to clients. They apply in addition to any individual agreement signed at the start of a coaching engagement.

Provider

Right of withdrawal (distance contracts)
Under Belgian Code of Economic Law Book VI, consumers purchasing services at distance have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract conclusion. If you want service to start within the 14-day window, you must explicitly consent to early performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed (or payable pro rata if partially performed). The withdrawal form template will be provided in the engagement agreement.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Competent courts are those of Brussels.
